Low ceilings, candlelight, and a soundtrack that lets you actually hear each other. It's a genuinely quiet bar in Soho, which is rarer than it sounds, and it's designed for two people to talk, laugh, and lose track of time.
Handcrafted cocktails that give you something to discuss, share, and come back for. Not your average espresso martini, though we do make a very good one.

Some of the best nights down here are the unplanned ones: a Tuesday, no booking, two people who decided at 7pm that the sofa could wait. No dress code, no tasting menu, no two-hour commitment. One drink that turns into two, and home by a sensible hour. Or not.
The drinks are still made properly, £13 to £15 for the cocktails, £11 for the 0% list, and the room still does its candlelit thing. One of you driving? We're as much a mocktail bar in Soho as a cocktail one. Casual date night just means nobody had to book a restaurant to feel like they made an effort.
Either you can't hear each other, or the room has all the atmosphere of a hotel lobby. The checklist is short: dark enough to relax, quiet enough to talk, drinks worth talking about. Loud rooms fail the second test by 9pm on a Friday.
Tuesday to Thursday you can usually walk straight in, and the room is at its calmest. If the two of you keep failing to pick a night, pick a Wednesday. Nobody regrets a Wednesday.
Every Tuesday, we turn the atmosphere up a notch. Reserved tables for two, seasonal cocktail pairings, and a quieter, more candlelit room than usual. Our favourite night of the week, and quietly becoming yours too.

Low stakes, low light, no logistics. A bar you can walk into on a weeknight, order two good drinks, and leave whenever suits. Cocktails here are £13 to £15, there's a proper £11 alcohol-free list, and Tuesday to Thursday you rarely need a booking.
It's built for one. Finding the door gives you something to do together in the first five minutes, the room is quiet enough that you actually learn something about each other, and if it's going well the dessert list gives the night a second act.
Friday and Saturday, yes, tables for two go first. Earlier in the week you can usually walk in. Booking takes seconds online and costs nothing.
Until 1:30am Tuesday to Saturday, midnight on Sunday and Monday. The room gets quieter as the night goes on, not louder, which is the right direction for a date.
