Walk-ins are welcome, but the room is small, so we'd recommend booking, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. Book a table.
We have tables for up to ten. For larger groups, the bar area is available.
You can cancel free of charge up to 1pm on the day of your booking. After that we charge the £10 per guest pre-authorisation taken at the time of booking. Full policy on the cancellation page.

No. Basement Sate doesn't run a happy hour, so there's no window you need to arrive inside and no price that changes at 7pm. Cocktails are the same all night, every night.

2–4 weeks is comfortable for sections; 6–8 weeks is ideal for full venue hire. Our Christmas party venue in Soho books up by October, and corporate events follow the same rhythm.
