What you get

The bar, the room, and the people who run it.

A real bar, not a hired space.

Most private hire in London means an empty room and a pop-up bar in the corner. This is the opposite, a working Soho cocktail bar with its own back bar, its own bartenders, and an atmosphere you couldn't build in a day if you tried.

A drinks list that's yours.

Keep our signatures, or sit down with the team and design a list around the occasion. Welcome cocktails, a bespoke menu card, low and no options made with the same care as everything else.

Central, hidden, easy.

8 Broadwick Street, three minutes from Oxford Circus. Simple for guests to reach, impossible to walk past by accident. The unmarked door does half the work of making the night feel like an occasion. For the space-by-space detail and pricing, see private bar hire in Soho.

One host, the whole evening.

A dedicated event host from arrival to last orders, full control of sound and lighting, a screen and microphone on request, and a kitchen that flexes around your menu.

Good to know

Private bar hire, answered.

How much does it cost to hire a private bar in London?

Full hire of the basement starts from £2,000 minimum spend, for 50 to 110 guests. Below 50, you reserve a section of the room online instead, with no minimum spend.

How many guests can you hold?

110 standing or 50 seated, and flexible in between. The whole basement is yours, with no public entry all evening.

What's included when we hire the bar?

The working back bar and its bartenders, a dedicated host from arrival to last orders, full control of sound and lighting, a screen and microphone on request, and a bespoke cocktail list if you want one.

How is this different from hiring an empty event space?

Most private hire in London is a bare room with a pop-up bar wheeled into the corner. This is a real Soho cocktail bar, the back bar, the bartenders and the atmosphere are already here, not built for the night and taken away after.

Where in London is the bar?

8 Broadwick Street, Soho, W1F 8HN. Three minutes from Oxford Circus, five from Tottenham Court Road, and behind an unmarked red door most people walk straight past.

How far in advance should we book?

6 to 8 weeks is ideal for a full buyout. December fills up by October, so Christmas parties should ask early. Tighter dates are worth an enquiry, we'll tell you straight away what's free.

Can we design our own drinks list?

Yes. Keep our signatures, or sit down with the team and build a bespoke menu around the occasion, welcome cocktails, custom menu cards, and low and no options made with the same care as everything else.

Take the room for the night.

Send us the date, the number, and the occasion. We'll write back with the room, a menu outline, and the rest.
